Today marks the one year anniversary of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. To observe the date, proponents of the health care overhaul will be mobilizing across the country to tout its alleged achievements.
One voice notably absent from the celebration – American small business owners and employers. After a bill full of mandates, penalties and fines was rammed through – the forecast has only gotten worse for America’s job creators.
